Custom Pools of Lubbock was established to fill a need in the Lubbock community for quality, unique, custom in-ground, gunite swimming pools.

Our mission is to provide industry-leading customer satisfaction, and we’re doing just that.

Custom Pools of Lubbock is owned by TX Tech School of Business graduate, Jay Taylor. He and his wife, Hillary, have been members of the Lubbock community for several years and they strive to provide top-notch service and a one-of-a-kind pool design and construction process to each of their clients. All projects are owner-operated and supervised.

We cater to our clientele’s discriminating tastes by offering a wide range of exceptional products and services. We believe strong customer communication is one of the keys to a successful project. And we maintain a highly professional staff that understands and responds to customers’ needs in a friendly, personal manner.

We specialize in offering 3D design renderings to make sure you are satisfied with our pool design before we ever begin construction. Then, we create a “sense of place” – an environment in which people may entertain, play or just plain relax. We constantly strive to have your installation complete on time and with minimal inconvenience.

During the repair process we had a few minor issues, and they were extremely honest with me and took care of everything.
