There were some slow times during the build process, but we were kept up to date, and unfortunately it is the times we are in with supply and demand. His team did an excellent job teaching us the equipment and how to care for the pool - this was out first gunite pool. "Good honest people! I used Jay and his team for a repair on my equipment. I worked with his service team, Bryce and Blaven to replace a seal kit on my pentair pump and a leak on my multiport. During the repair process we had a few minor issues, and they were extremely honest with me and took care of everything. There are companies out there that if a mistake were to happen they would either hide it or charge you for it, but their team stayed in constant communication with me and explained that " we are here to help and make things right". They were highly recommended by my neighbor as they had just completed a beautiful custom pool for them. The measure of a company is how well they follow through with what they say.
