The Process

"Jay was excellent to work with, from design to completion. We had a general idea of what we wanted and Jay was able to walk us through design options. Throughout the process Jay would give us his recommendations based on years of experience in the business, what is best in Lubbock, and our personal needs. There were some slow times during the build process, but we were kept up to date, and unfortunately it is the times we are in with supply and demand. His team did an excellent job teaching us the equipment and how to care for the pool - this was out first gunite pool. I would highly recommend Jay for all your pool needs and we cannot thank him enough for our backyard oasis. The kids enjoy it every night."

"Good honest people! I used Jay and his team for a repair on my equipment. I worked with his service team, Bryce and Blaven to replace a seal kit on my pentair pump and a leak on my multiport. During the repair process we had a few minor issues, and they were extremely honest with me and took care of everything.
